Spoken Over the Bass Line
Well I saw a bug, it had 8 legs, And right from it’s middle came a silky thread.
Going up and down, and back and forth, Spinning a web of a circular sort.
A fly got caught in it, she pulled the fly to her,
What kind of bug was it ? . . . A spider
CHORUS
Bugs, I see Bugs, Crawling next to me.
Bugs, I see Bugs, crawling down the tree
I see Bugs, Bugs, flying through the air
I see Bugs, Bugs, creeping everywhere.
Caterpillars, Ants, and Beetles too,
if you get too close they’re gonna crawl all over you . . .
Spoken Over the Bass Line
Well I heard a bug, it seemed very near. Goin’ (whining skeeter noise) in my ear,
First it was here and then over there, Flying in circles all through the air.
It landed on my arm for a bite to eat-0, What kind of bug was it . . a mosquito!
CHORUS
Bugs, I see Bugs, Crawling next to me. Bugs, I see Bugs, crawling down the tree
I see Bugs, Bugs, flying through the air. I see Bugs, Bugs, creeping everywhere.
Caterpillars, Ants, and Beetles too, Ladybugs and crickets living all around you . Caterpillars, Ants, and Beetles too, livin’ all around in your backyard zoo
Caterpillars, Ants, and Beetles too,
If you get too close they’re gonna crawl all over you . . ., crawl all over you . . . |
